   • Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions (including brands like Super Chef, Geemy, and others) and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, Majendo reserves the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

   • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if a product you ordered is out of stock.

   3. Orders and Payments

   • Contract: A contract is formed between Majendo and the customer once an order is confirmed and payment (or a payment commitment for Cash on Delivery) is made.

   • Payment Methods: We accept Mobile Money, Cash on Delivery, and Bank Transfers as specified at checkout.

   • Order Confirmation: Customers will receive a confirmation via phone or email. Please ensure your contact details (especially your WhatsApp/Phone number) are correct.

   4. Delivery and Pick-up

   • Delivery Area: We provide delivery services within Kampala and across Uganda. Delivery fees may vary based on location and item size.

   • In-Store Pick-up: Customers are welcome to pick up their orders at our service center located at Shell Kampala Road.

   • Verification: For high-value electronics and appliances, customers are encouraged to inspect the item upon delivery or pick-up to ensure it meets their expectations.

   5. Warranty and Returns

   • Shop with Confidence: We stand by the quality of our goods. Most appliances (e.g., cookers, fridges) come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

   • Return Policy: Returns are accepted within [3 Days ] of delivery if the product is found to have a factory defect and is returned in its original packaging.

   • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages resulting from power surges, physical misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

   6. Customer Conduct

   Majendo reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

   7. Limitation of Liability

   Majendo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of products purchased from our store, beyond the replacement or repair value of the item under warranty.

   These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
